2024 was a year of strategic focus and new partnerships.

The Member Services Division focused its efforts on Disability Service sector workforce development and promotion and continuing to support our Members’ capacity to deliver services in their communities. SARC also enhanced its group benefits and insurance programs, as well as raised awareness for our resources and training programs designed to support boards of directors in their governance role.

You’ll also read that this past year, SARCAN depots became the official collection point for flexible packaging, foam packaging, and non-deposit glass. SARCAN also focused efforts on improving accessibility, engagement, awareness, and customer service.
