SARC Update Winter 2022
Our first fully digital issue of the SARC Update!
For this issue we have made the move from a printed publication to a fully digital publication. This decision allows our readers to access the publication wherever they are while being able to share stories, images, and links with anyone at their organization or within their community.
In this issue, you’ll read stories of supported employment successes, SARC Members embracing their community and celebrating holidays or milestones; you’ll read of new training programs through SARC Learning Central; and the impact of national campaigns within our community.
We hope you enjoy!
The 2021-2022 SARC Annual Report
2021 signalled growth and change
In this report, you’ll find updates on how SARC continued to provide excellent support to SARC Members through education and training, facility planning, and HR/LR consultant services; how the SETI projects helped a record number of people achieve employment in 2021.
You’ll also read about SARCAN crushing their previous record of the number of containers recycled in the fiscal year, about multiple facility upgrades, and a huge advertising campaign that increased general awareness of what SARCAN does and what can be recycled in the province.
While 2021 was an incredibly challenging year in so many ways, SARC and SARCAN Recycling continued to work hard for the people of Saskatchewan.
