KIN Enterprises Inc. offers adults considered to have challenging abilities diverse and relevant opportunities to enhance their quality of life and their involvement within the community. Our program offers challenge and many opportunities to adults with special needs within our facility. These choices will provide for the development of the individual for greater self sufficiency. The program addresses social skills and improved work habits that can be associated with living in the community. The program allows individuals to develop their skills in a productive work environment while working at their own level and setting their own pace without judgement. We are a community within the community allowing individuals to make mistakes without the loss of self esteem and respect. |
