| Brief Organization Description: | The Bea Fisher Centre Inc provides services to persons with developmental disabilities through the 24/7 model. Residential services makes up the greater program and services component. Day programming consists of employment placement, employment preparation, and a community access program. The organization believes in full inclusion and that each individual has a right to employment, decision-making and full acceptance. Planning for services is done with each individual through an individual service plan where friends, family , and staff assist in planning for the individual's goals and aspirations. |
